These terms apply to every booking with Krabi Bliss, 36 Maharaj Road, Soi 10, Paknam, Mueang Krabi, Krabi 81000, Thailand (TAT licence 33/11913). By confirming a booking you accept them.

Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed availability in writing (WhatsApp or email) and payment has been received as described below. Prices are per boat for up to 4 guests; additional guests are THB 500 per adult and THB 250 per child, up to 8 on board.

Payment

A deposit of either 20% or 50% is due at booking via the secure link we send, with the balance due on the day of your tour. Payments are processed by ThriveCart. Prices are in Thai Baht.

What is not included

National park fees are paid in cash to the captain on the day: Hong Island THB 300 per adult and THB 150 per child aged 3 to 11; 4 Islands THB 200 per adult and THB 100 per child aged 3 to 11; children under 3 are exempt. Transfers outside Ao Nang are charged as quoted (Klong Muang and Tubkaek THB 800 round trip; Railay direct boat pickup THB 1,000 on Hong Island and the Combo, free on 4 Islands).

Cancellation by you

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip. From 7 to 3 days before, a 20% charge applies. Within 3 days, 50% of the booking value is forfeited.

Weather and safety

If the marine authorities close the pier or we judge conditions unsafe, we will offer a full refund or a reschedule to the next available date, your choice. If the national park advises against trips to Hong Island, we will contact you in advance and offer a switch to the 4 Islands, with your remaining balance charged at the 4 Islands price, a new date or a full refund. Your captain may change the order of stops or skip a stop on the day for tide, sea or safety reasons; this is not grounds for a refund.

Your responsibilities

Guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions, wear life jackets when asked, and behave respectfully towards the crew and the marine environment. We may end a trip without refund if a guest’s behaviour endangers anyone. The trip is not recommended during pregnancy. Pets cannot land on national park islands.

Liability

Every guest is covered by our accident insurance while on board. Beyond that cover, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for personal belongings, or for delays and costs caused by events outside our control.

Photos

Our crew take photos for you during the trip. We will use guest photos in our own marketing with your permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
